You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded photos, music, lyrics, and other content, including the consent of people depicted where required. Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content, or to bypass security or payment controls.

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize us and our service providers to process it as needed to deliver the features you request. AI output may be inaccurate, similar to other output, or subject to third-party rights. Review it before sharing; we do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection, or commercial-use rights in every output.

Current prices, credits, and subscription conditions are shown on the pricing and checkout pages. Review them before paying. Where a subscription renews automatically, manage or cancel it through the billing portal. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests; these terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Availability, generation results, and browser compatibility can vary. Save downloaded videos and important source files yourself. We may restrict access for misuse or security reasons. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
