We receive your Google account identifier, email, name, and profile picture when you sign in. We use them to identify your account and associate your projects, songs, and credit balance with it. We do not receive your Google password.

We process the stories, prompts, lyrics, photos, audio, and project settings you submit to provide the features you request. Content needed for AI generation is sent to the relevant generation providers. Do not submit sensitive information or other people’s content without permission.

We use hosting, storage, authentication, AI, and payment providers to operate the service. Stripe processes checkout payments. Our website uses Ahrefs Analytics to measure visits and usage; technical data such as browser information and request logs may be processed by these services. Providers may process data in other countries under their own applicable terms.

Cookies and browser storage keep you signed in, remember your language, and restore drafts and cached assets. Clearing browser storage may remove local drafts. Browser-rendered video downloads are saved to your device; account content and uploaded source media can still be stored on our servers.

We retain account and creative data to provide the service, and transaction and security records as needed for billing, security, and legal obligations. You can delete supported items in your library. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of account data; identity verification and legally required retention may apply. Removing Google access alone does not delete your SongToVideo account.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your Google account and keep copies of important content and downloaded videos. This policy may be updated as the service changes; the date above identifies the current version.
